2. Products and Intended Use

All products are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes.

They are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, medical treatment, diagnosis or any other form of administration.

By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to comply with our Research Use Disclaimer and all applicable laws and institutional requirements.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect unauthorised or unlawful use.

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability are accurate.

Laboratory reports apply only to the batch, sample and characteristics identified in the relevant documentation.

Analytical results relating to purity, identity or molecular mass do not by themselves confirm sterility, endotoxin status, safety, efficacy or suitability for a particular application.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. The order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product.

We may cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or information
Payment or fraud concerns
Suspected unauthorised use
Legal, regulatory or delivery restrictions

Paid cancelled orders will be refunded using the original payment method.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros and include or exclude VAT as stated during checkout.

Shipping costs and other charges are shown before payment is completed.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or authorised.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days after receiving payment. This is a dispatch target and not a guaranteed delivery time.

7. Delivery Address and Risk

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the order has been physically received by the consumer or a person designated by them, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Returned products must remain unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Where the statutory exception for sealed goods applies, the right of withdrawal may expire once the seal has been broken.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

Valid complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Purity Guarantee

Products advertised as having a purity above 99% are supported by batch-specific analytical documentation.

Where the batch-specific independent HPLC report shows a purity below 99%, the customer may qualify for a refund under our Purity Guarantee Terms.

This guarantee does not limit statutory rights.

11. Website and Research Content

Website and Research Library content is provided for scientific and educational purposes only.

It does not constitute medical advice, dosage guidance, administration instructions or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.

Scientific and regulatory information may change. Users should review the cited primary sources and relevant official authorities.

12. Intellectual Property
